1. Go to www.celebritycruises.com and check out OUR cruise itinerary
and different cabin selections and decide which type cabin you want to reserve. We saved 40 cabins. [6 inside-10 ocean view and 24 balcony/veranda]

WARNING! DON'T let them charge/book you for all the EXPENSIVE options that you DON'T want, like the drink and WiFi package and auto-gratuity charges if you don't want them!
2. Gonna come with us on our final Caribbean cruise? DO THIS!
3. Call Celebrity Cruise Lines at 888 727-4907. Tell them you are with the “Florida Hardhat” Group. Group #3197114. Pick out your cabin type and make a $500 refundable deposit on your cabin on or BEFORE July 12, 2024! Your cruise balance is due in full by August 11, 2024 HINT: call on a Friday or a Monday! They told us these days are the best to get a really good promotion on price for the second person and 3rd or 4th if you are taking family. [[Your deposit is refundable if you can’t go, up to 90 days before sailing]][NOTE: Cabin prices ARE sometimes negotiable if you’re good!]
4. Tell them you want “My Time” dining so you can go to dinner whenever you want. (We are NOT reserving tables for the group. Eat when you want to!)
5. The ship leaves port at 3:30 PM. If you are coming to the ship from a long distance you may want to come the day before to be safe. We usually stay at the Embassy Suites on 17th St SE. Parking for cruise is near port or at the hotel. You have to arrange your own parking.
6. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID US PASSPORT! DON’T FORGET THIS!! (They won’t let you on the ship without it!)
7. Another HINT: A mid-ship cabin is preferred if you worry about rocking.

10. Our C.Educ. class will be just $100 payable in CASH ONLY at the first session and class will be divided into two morning sessions 7:30-12:30.
The first session will be on DAY 2 (Sunday) on the ships lower deck conference center. We will decide then and let you know what day the second class will be. ALWAYS USE “Ship Time” no matter where the ship is at in the Caribbean.
11. I will give you my and Jan’s Cabin number once I know it, in case you need to get ahold of me onboard.
12. We will have order forms for CBD onboard, but we will have to ship it to you after we get back to port. I will as always cover the shipping AND sales tax
