1. Go to www.celebritycruises.com and check out OUR cruise itinerary
and different cabin selections and decide which type cabin you want to reserve. We saved 50 cabins. [10 inside-12 partial view veranda, 17 regular Veranda and 11 prime Veranda](OceanView are all gone already!)

2. Gonna come with us on our final ALASKA cruise? DO THIS!
WARNING! DON'T let them charge/book you for all the EXPENSIVE options that you DON'T want, like the drink and WiFi package and auto-gratuity charges if you don't want them!
3. Call Celebrity Cruise Lines at 888 727-4907. Tell them you are with the “Florida Hardhat” Group. Group #434083. Pick out your cabin type and make a $500 refundable deposit on your cabin on or BEFORE Feb 6, 2025! Your cruise balance is due in full by March 8th, 2025 HINT: call on a Friday or a Monday! They told us these days are the best to get a really good promotion on price for the second person and 3rd or 4th if you are taking family. [[Your deposit is refundable if you can’t go, up to 90 days before sailing]][NOTE: Cabin prices ARE sometimes negotiable if you’re good!]
4. Tell them you want “My Time” dining so you can go to dinner whenever you want. (We are NOT reserving tables for the group. Eat when you want to!)
5. The ship leaves SEATLE at 4:00 PM. SO to be safe you may want to get to SEATTLE THE DAY BEFORE, JUNE 5th and stay near the port at a Hotel that will take you to the ship on JUNE 6th.
6. YOU MUST ARRANGE YOUR OWN AIR TRAVEL TO AND FROM SEATTLE!
7. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID US PASSPORT! DON’T FORGET THIS!! (They won’t let you on the ship without it!)
8. Another HINT: A mid-ship cabin is preferred if you worry about rocking. Although the sea is usually calm in the Inside Passage of Alaska.

11. Our C.Educ. class will be just $100 payable in CASH ONLY at the first session and class will be divided into two morning sessions 7:30-12:30.
The first session will be on DAY 2 on the ships lower deck conference center. Second class will be on Day 6. ALWAYS USE “Ship Time” no matter where the ship is at.
12. I will give you my and Jan’s Cabin number once I know it, in case you need to get a hold of me onboard.
13. We will have order forms for CBD onboard, but we will have to ship it to you after we get back to port. I will as always cover the shipping AND sales tax
